All of a sudden, it's goodbye (for now!)

So...backpacks and bags will soon be filled, and the loving, joyous little community that has formed over these past 10 weeks will separate into 3 outreach teams and leave Italy for their various destinations - India, Mexico and the British Isles. Happily in late July there will be a reunion in Scotland, where we will regroup for our debrief and graduation.

Again, photos are by far the best way to explain all that has been happening here...

  • Last day of everyone together!

 

That's a lot, right? But not even half of what this first part of the school has been. Baptisms, road trips, prayer, deep talks over great coffee and LOTS of pasta!
Now to go and simply 'love well' in all the places we'll be visiting in our smaller teams for the next two months.
We're giving up the lease on our little apartment - paying rent for the next few months wasn't necessary when rentals are not hard to find here. So watch this space to see where we land next!
